Vision for Pakistan
The United States sustains one strong layer of constitutional nationalism as it’s foundation allowing them to become a super power.
Pakistan has a strong resemblance with the United States. A presidential form of government would be perfect for Pakistan, but it has never been applied to the country. The military dictatorship does not count as a presidential form of government.
It is a fact that most nations have a presidential form of government. Thirty-four new countries have been created since 1990. Most of them adopted a presidential form of government with a two-round system. Pakistan is considered a new country, being that it is only sixty-seven years old.
Each political party on the ballot will give the election commission the following names and lists 90 days
before the election date. Following scrutiny, the election commission will publish the names and lists 60 days prior to the election:
1. President with cabinet
2. Governor with cabinet cabinet
3. District mayor with commissioners
4. Priority list of senators for each province
5. Priority list of MNAs and MPAs for each district
Federal, Provincial, and District Governments
How is it successful in the UK?
The Parliamentary systems in the UK are successful because they have more than one layer of foundation; linguistic and constitutional.
Why has it failed in Pakistan?
Pakistan has only one layer of constitutional foundation which is structurally defective; no political justice. The Constitution is not compatible with the common sense and collective wisdom of Pakistanis.
This is why Pakistan will never be able to achieve politcal stability through a parliamentary system.
